Senior Social Media Manager (Organic and Paid) (f/m/d), Berlin
Your responsibilities
- You lead the social media team in the development and control of national, EU and worldwide campaigns
- You are responsible for project coordination, control and continuous optimization of social media measures (e.g. on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram organic and paid).
- You will create the strategy of the social media campaigns regarding the topics of politics / society, business, media and sport in order to reach a global target group
- You will actively work on the creation of integrated concepts for online communication channels (creation of media plans)
- You research current trends, identify and evaluate them in order to develop appropriate online strategies, best-practices
- You are responsible for the overview of the community management, editorial calendar, influencer marketing and creating reports while analyzing the strategy success
- Independent management and supervision of media budgets, as well as strategic, conceptual and operational planning of integrated media activities (online, especially social media; and good to have: TV, print, radio experience)
- Planning of campaigns, concept creation and media buying
- Execution of paid media campaigns (Ads Managers and scheduling tools)
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in Marketing, Communications, Media or a similar course of studies (such as media studies or journalism)
- You have at least 4 years of extensive experience in social media and are familiar paid media
- You have minimum 2 years experiences with the Ads manager tools: Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc.
- You have experience in media buying and media planning – focus on Social Media channels but offline is good to have
- String knowledge in monitoring (social listening, reach and engagement focused campaigns), reporting and optimisation of campaigns
- You are creative and have an interest in digital topics and trends
- You have skills in content writing, community management and influencer marketing
- You excel at strong communication skills and can engage the online community on specific topics
- You have experience in leading a team of minimum 3 people
- You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- English at native/fluent level is a must and intermediate German level is good to have
