  • To increase awareness of India’s varied products and regions and India as a round the year tourism destination
  • To especially promote India’s MICE tourism as an emerging field
  • To strengthen India’s perception as a safe destination in the media

  • Tour operator seminars in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Vienna and Warsaw.
  • Press trip of Austrian journalists to experience the Hindu festival Kumbh Mela
  • Representing India Tourism at the ITB Berlin 2019, which included:
    • Press conference with participation of about 70 media representatives
    • India Evening with around 120 tour operators
    • Interview placement for the Secretary of Tourism
    • Execution of activities for the public such as the show highlight of an “Indian wedding” and Bridal show to witness the authenticity of India
    • Influencer cooperation with Pilot Patrick during ITB (631k followers)
