The Tour de France is the annual multiple stage bicycle race primarily held in France. It´s one of the most prestigious and famous competition in the bicycle field.

Objective of the campaign was to raise awareness of the Tour de France and improve its image in Germany.

Tasks

  • Create original content around the German Tour de France cyclists,
  • Distribute video content,
  • Write press releases for German media,
  • Manage German media requests
  • Arrange interviews for brand ambassadors, riders etc.
  • Identify Instagram influencers
  • Sponsor the best German Facebook Posts
  • Promote side events and German riders

Results

  • 2 media partnerships (Kölner Stadtanzeiger and Express)
  • 1 partnership with social NGO “Right to Play”

mc accomplished the participation of top Influencer at the Tour de France Departure in Belgium (@hauptstadttrainer)

mc also organized the “Tour de France” viewing party in Berlin at the Final Stage
