To successfully launch and promote GITEX Europe’s first edition through a strategic PR campaign, ensuring high-level media visibility and international awareness across 100+ countries.

Tasks

  • Developed a pan-European PR strategy.

  • Drafted and translated press releases into 6 languages.

  • Distributed press releases and pitch angles across DACH and global markets.

  • Managed outreach to Tier 1 journalists and international media outlets.

  • Organized and hosted a press conference and press trip for 25 top-tier journalists from 14 countries.

  • Supported event logistics and on-site media handling during the main event (May 21–23, 2025).

  • Arranged high-level interviews and media briefings.

  • Localized messaging for target markets and industries (tech, finance, AI, cybersecurity).

  • Conducted media monitoring and reporting for campaign evaluation.

  • Ensured strategic positioning of GITEX Europe as Europe’s premier innovation platform.
