Objectives

  • Production of TV- Roadshows in 6 European countries – Vilnius (Lithuania), Bucharest (Rumania), Berlin (Germany), Rom (Italy), Marseille (France) und Madrid (Spain).
  • Production of the VR-User-Experience Videos with Intro/Outro with the unique VR-concepts and scripts
  • Organizing the events in each country before the TV Roadshows
  • Distribution and production of social media content.

Tasks

  • Coordination of rental stations and employees for 6 cities
  • Booking and instruction of employees: security, hostesses, technicians
  • Organization of the opening ceremony with the participation of political and influential speakers and celebrities
  • Coordination of transport and construction
  • Monitoring the facility and organization on site
  • General coordination with suppliers and transport for give-aways and decoration
  • Production of a VR user experience including intro / outro, menu with various scenario options (filming in Bangladesh, Denmark and Brussels)
  • Research and development of concept and script
