- mc Group has been tasked with promoting Saudi Tourism in Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan with the primary goal of enhancing the recognition of Saudi Arabia as a leading tourist destination and increasing the number of visitors. To achieve this, Mc Group has been developing and implementing targeted strategies, creating engaging content, and writing pitches in Russian for distribution across various magazines and news portals in these countries. These pitches, aimed at raising awareness and generating interest, have been translated into Russian and published in key outlets. mc Group’s campaign successfully secured placements in 55 news portals, reaching a total audience of 71mln people during a period of two and a half months. A shortlist of influencers was selected to attend a consumer event at Essentai Mall in Almaty. Teaser posts were created to encourage attendance. As a result, various destination-focused publications and social media platforms were utilized to promote Saudi Arabia in Kazakhstan, showcasing the Kingdom’s diverse tourism opportunities. This effort resulted in a total of 13 publications and a reach of 657,695. Currently, mc Group is working on a special project in Russia called “ABCs of Saudi,” where the objective is to establish a strategic partnership with a prominent Russian advertising and news portal. This partnership will further amplify the campaign’s impact and extend the reach of the Saudi Tourism brand within Russia, helping to increase its visibility and attract more tourists to Saudi Arabia.
