Head of Digital (m/f), Berlin

Responsibilities

• Leading the Digital Unit with all full-time employees, but also the various freelancers worldwide
• Senior project management and senior customer support with ensuring the quality and timely flawless execution of the digital services offered
• Preparation of presentations and concepts in the context of pitches
• Development of new online tools, including online marketing strategies and social media strategies for clients, but also for the mc Group (especially responsibility of the website and social media activities at home and abroad)
• Team leadership and responsibility
• Proactive new business activities
• Time and budget planning of the department and responsibility of the business plan

Requirements

• 8-9 years of online experience (preferably, in an agency)
• Experience in leading a digital team either internal or on agency level
• You are strong in writing concepts and presenting them
• Experience with handling multinational accounts
• New business acquisition experience, knowledge of the European digital market
• Digital native – knowledge of current and emerging technologies, design trends and development practices
• Fluent English is required. German is an asset
