MC sends Nina Ruge on an expedition
MEDIA CONSULTA has secured the participation of the TV presenter as ambassador for the Malta Tourism Authority
The popular German TV presenter Nina Ruge has been named ambassador for the Malta Tourism Authority. The first of two press trips already took place in spring. MC has arranged the co-operation between Ruge and its client, the Malta Tourism Authority, and will be supporting it.
The colourful fishing boats, the so-called Luzzus, and the old bastions around Valetta – Nina Ruge already explored these and other sights. Another press trip will take place in autumn 2009. At a MTA presentation on-site, the TV presenter described her very personal impressions of Malta.
In a special brochure, Nina Ruge will unveil the hot spots of the island. “Everything will be alright” – definitely, in Malta. Nina Ruge has become popular with the TV lifestyle programme “Leute heute”, the “ZDF heute journal” (a newscast of the Second German Television) and “ZDF heute nacht” (a late night newscast). She currently presents the Circus Festival of Monte Carlo on ARD (First German Television), a popular talk show on Bavarian television and the “WissenschaftsFORUM Petersberg” (“Science Forum Petersberg”) on Phoenix. In addition, Nina Ruge has been an UNICEF ambassador for more than ten years. MC is also a partner of the international children’s emergency fund and has financially supported its “Schools for Africa” programme. “We are glad to have secured the collaboration of such a popular celebrity and authentic journalist as Nina Ruge for our client”, said MC’s CEO Harald Zulauf.
