media consulta responsible for Peru´s public relations at Fruit Logistica 2013
Berlin, February 11th 2013. Peru’s participation as the official partner of this year’s FRUIT LOGISTICA was a great success. From February 6th - 8th, Peru presented the full range of its fresh fruit products at FRUIT LOGISTICA, a fresh produce show held annually in Berlin. As a public relations partner of Peru, media consulta was responsible for all public relations in Germany.
On an impressive 500m² pavilion, Peru presented its versatile agricultural sector with a wide range of cutting-edge, quality products to industry professionals at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2013. The focus of the display was Peru’s diverse range of products, fair trade issues and environmental protection. With average growth rates of approximately 27%, Peru is now one of the key players in agricultural export in South America.
Together with Peruvian organizations and companies in the fresh produce sector, PROMPERU, Peru’s commission for promoting exports and tourism, organised the fair presentation of Peru. media consulta took over the nation branding of the emerging South American country with an extensive media campaign, including the ribbon cutting for the opening of the exhibition in the presence of the Peruvian Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, José Luis Silva, and Germany’s Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection Ilse Aigner. mc also organized the creation of a film highlighting Peru’s activities in Germany, including ministerial meetings with stakeholders from politics and business and the support of the Peruvian delegation.
